Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice (1988)

it’s not “Tim Burton’s” Beetlejuice. He was just the director who was hired on to direct someone’s script while he was waiting for the studio stop hemming and hawing about whether they were going to let him direct Batman. He was one of many creative people behind the movie, and not even the most important one. They aren’t his characters and it wasn’t his story. 

It bugs the bajesus out of me when people do that.
